Throughout the year Whitehaven and District Lions Club organise many fund raising events. Details of these events can be found here with the exception of Whitehaven Carnival which has its own mini site (Click on the link above). Our forthcoming events are always mentioned on the Club Homepage.

Easter Egg Raffle: Every March we raffle Easter Eggs in many local Pubs, Clubs and Shops in aid of Lions Charities.

Sponsored Walk: Every June we invite you to raise money for your own special cause or charity with an organised sponsored walk around Ennerdale Lake.

Swimarathon: Another way to raise money for your own charity is by entering a team in our annual swimarathon. NEW DATE - Now in January.

Children in Need: Every November you will find us in Morrisons selling raffle tickets in aid of the BBC Children in Need appeal.
